Terms of Service
Effective June 14, 2026
Welcome to Lineup (“Lineup,” “we,” “us”), a live-music event discovery service at onthelineup.com. By using Lineup you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Lineup.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Lineup. By using Lineup you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. The service is provided “as is”
Lineup is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information displayed is accurate, complete, or current.
3. Event information may be wrong — verify before you rely on it
Event information on Lineup — including dates, times, lineups, venues, availability, and pricing — is aggregated from third-party sources such as Ticketmaster and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or changed without notice. We do not verify this information and make no representation about its accuracy. Always confirm event details directly with the venue, promoter, or official ticket seller before making any plans, travel, or purchase. You rely on information shown in Lineup at your own risk.
4. We don’t sell tickets
Lineup does not sell tickets and is not a party to any ticket purchase. Links to third-party sites, including ticket sellers, are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for those sites, their content, or any transaction, cancellation, refund, pricing, or event change. Any purchase is solely between you and the third party, governed by their terms.
5. No affiliation; trademarks
Lineup is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ticketmaster, any venue, artist, festival, promoter, or ticket seller. All trademarks, names, and logos displayed are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify events. Their appearance does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lineup and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Lineup, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence, fraud, or personal injury.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lineup and its operator from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of Lineup, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
8. Binding arbitration; class-action waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Lineup will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. You and Lineup waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@onthelineup.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; if you opt out, the rest of these Terms still apply.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the arbitration section, any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
10. Copyright (DMCA)
To report copyright infringement, contact our designated agent at dmca@onthelineup.com with the information required under 17 U.S.C. §512(c). We will respond to valid notices and may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
11. Termination, changes, severability
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. We may update these Terms; we will post the new version with an updated date, and material changes will be notified in-app, where continued use after the change means acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
